Spring water
Our spring water is the Otter Brewery's lifeblood. It takes approximately 5 pints of water to brew 1 pint of beer. That's 4 pints in cleaning and chilling to every pint served across the bar. Through our effluent management we return 4 of these 5 pints back to their original source.
