Summer Bars 2008

We thought we would share just a few images of what we had to endure during the bar season of 'Summer '08'.  Mind you, we would have to question the word 'summer'!  The wash down after each event took as much time up as the event itself - and less fun, of course.

We started off the season with the Devon County Show where we featured this year's 'show beer' by the name of 'Source', which fitted with the show's 2008 theme. (news piece).  This beer went down very well and has a very similar make up to a beer that may well be seen in a few pubs in 2009, called 'Amber'.  Very exciting!

Following the Devon Country Show we moved to Fordstock, Glastonbury and then Glade and Womad - all of these 'delivered' in terms of bad weather, but some committed drinkers still came and got stuck into a few pints to help cheer the events on their way.

We sent beer up to Victoria Park for a festival in London, Ealing Jazz Festival, and also to the new Hop Farm Festival run by Vince Power in Kent - a great event, great beer and more foul weather.

Beautiful Days was once again a success with some great acts including Supergrass and Seth Lakeman not to mention the bars.
