Update on the duck's tounges!Well these proved to be of great excitement to the chef!They also gave him huge problems. The flavour was apparently wonderful, but the means of getting the flavour was difficult and the taste and the texture when eaten.....not pleasant! So he says here's to the next time and I wont bore you with the details!! |
